At Agro Earth Impex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable (e.g. used items, goods not in their original condition, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process all returns.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).

  • Items returned after the 10-day return window.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, or wallet).

  • Please note that depending on your bank/payment provider, the actual posting time may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 working days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company/bank (processing times can vary).

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To request an exchange, please email us at agroearthimpex@gmail.com before returning your item.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
